Shippable Products
Shippable products are available to residents of the United States and its territories. For product availability in your country, please use the Dealer Locator in the left navigation bar to search for OESD Authorized Embroidery Dealers in your particular country. Please note the following:
  • Shippable item order[s] may take 1 to 3 business days to process before shipping.
  • Accessory items that are out of stock or backordered will be cancelled completely from the online order. You will need to place a new order for the same items once they are back in stock and available online.
  • If shipped ground a signature is not required for delivery.
  • The package carrier has the option to leave item(s) at the doorstep if no one is home at the time of delivery.
  • An option to change delivery method will be given after you submit your shipping information.

USA Shipping Policy - Orders for regular priced items over $99 are shipped by ground freight at no charge within the continental United States Only.  Other freight methods will be charged actual shipping cost.  Overnight shipping is not available to all areas. FedEx is the traceable shipper OESD partners with for US orders. If better rates are available, orders will be mailed via the United States Postal Service.

Please Note the Following:

  • Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be filled on the following Monday
  • Any aerosol products (ALL Spray Adhesive) that have contents under pressure must be shipped via Ground methods. Overnight deliveries and US Postal Service are not an option.
  • If an order is shipped via G round method, a signature is not required for delivery.
  • The package carrier has the option to leave item(s) at the doorstep if no one is home at the time of delivery.
  • An option to change the delivery method will be offered after you submit your shipping information
  • Prices cannot be adjusted once the order has been made.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable in any case as we cannot reclaim these fees from our shippers.

Shipping costs are not calculated until the ordered items are boxed up and weighed. A second email will be sent to your email address displaying the total cost for the order with included shipping costs.

OESD RETURN POLICY

RETURN POLICY & TERMS
  • ANY DOWNLOADABLE DESIGNS AND/OR SOFTWARE PRODUCTS ARE NON-RETURNABLE/REFUNDABLE
  • No refunds or exchanges on closeout items
  • We do not offer any type of insurance or warranty for damage caused to personal property or items used in conjunction with the products we sell.

How to return a item to OESD -

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a refund within 30 days of the invoice date. After 30 days we do not exchange or give refunds for any item we sell.

All items returned MUST be shipped by a reputable shipping method, shipping prepaid by the customer. UPS and FedEx provide reputable shipping methods, provide insurance and tracking numbers for all packages. If you are sending by USPS, you MUST send it registered and insured to qualify as a valid return.

Items will NOT be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA Number). OESD reserves the right to return or refuse any package without the Return Merchandise Authorization number clearly marked on at least one side of the box.

How to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number -

If you need to return your merchandise, repack the product in the original packing materials used to ship it to you, and call OESD Returns Department at 1-405-359-2741 8am-5pm Central Time or by email at sales@oesd.com for a RMA number. The customer service representative will detail the shipping process and provide you with the address where to ship the item.

The purchaser’s contact name, full mailing address (no P.O. Boxes), daytime phone number, email address and a copy of the original receipt or invoice must accompany all returned items.

Important Notes about Returning Merchandise -

  • Returns must be received within 10 days of the RMA's issuance. Original shipping & handling charges are not refundable. Customer is responsible for shipping and proof of delivery on all returns. Please be sure that return shipments are properly packed and fully insured. OESD is not responsible for returned packages if lost by shipper.
  • There will be a restocking fee of 15% on non-defective merchandise.
  • There are NO REFUNDS on opened software (CDs, software, any downloaded designs or design packs, etc.)
  • Shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and will NOT be refunded.
  • There are NO REFUNDS on custom orders (including but not limited to Build Your Own CDs or Custom ordered designs or design packs)
  • ANY Magic Converter Box type product MUST be registered in order to qualify for service or technical support. Refer to the Owner’s Manual for detailed information on how to register, service and warranty.

What to do if an order is incomplete, incorrect or damaged -

OESD is committed to providing excellent customer support. If your order is incomplete, incorrect or damaged, please contact OESD via phone at 1-405-359-2741 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday, Central Time, or email sales@oesd.com. Damage/Loss for items must be reported to the delivery company and to OESD within 24 hours of receiving the ordered item(s). Please remember that we are here to help our customers.
