From the www.embroideryonline.com homepage, click on the "My Account" link from the left hand side menu:

You may be asked to log in. If so, enter your User ID and Password, and then click "Submit". If you cannot remember your username and password, you can enter your email address and click ‘I Forgot My Password’. Your information will be sent to the email address only if the email address matches the one on file for your EOL customer account. If it does not match, you will need to contact OESD Software Support to retrieve your account information. Please include all your contact information so we can verify that you are the correct account holder.

Once your username and password are accepted, you will be taken to the "My Account" page.
