11. You may be brought back to your MY CART page again to show you what is in your cart. At this point, you can choose to save your cart to come back to it later, load a saved cart from a previous visit or change the quantity of the item(s) in your cart if you wish to purchase 1 or more of the same thing. Choose the appropriate button to perform your desired action. Otherwise, click PLACE ORDER to proceed.
12. Now, the site needs your BILLING AND SHIPPING information. Please type in and confirm that your shipping and billing info are correct.
Note that if the Billing and Shipping addresses are the same, then you only need to fill in the Billing Address information.
Click the Submit Billing/Shipping Information
button to proceed.
13. The next webpage will summarize everything involved in this order. Read through and verify the information to make sure everything is correct.
14. Scroll down to access the APPLY COUPON and APPLY GIFT CERTIFICATE if you have a coupon or gift certificate that has been given to you. Enter the number and click the APPLY COUPON or APPLY GIFT CERTIFICATE to put it towards this order.
NOTE that the price total for your order will adjust to confirm the coupon/gift certificate was applied correctly. If the coupon/gift certificate is not applying correctly and the cost is not adjusting, stop your order and contact OESD Customer Service by clicking the HELP link from the LEFT hand menu. We will confirm the coupon/gift certificate number to check if it is valid, used already or expired.
If you do not have a coupon/gift certificate, you will leave this blank. If your order is a $0.00 cost item, these boxes will be removed by the site. They are only available when purchasing an item with a set price.
If you are a SPREE club member and have coupons auto-assigned by OESD, you coupons will be offered under the AVAILABLE COUPON drop down menu. Again, if the item you’re purchasing is a $0.00 cost item, this drop down menu will not be displayed.
15. If you do not have any coupons/gift certificates, you will need to use a Credit Card to purchase your order. Locate the Credit Card information section and fill in all the necessary information that is requested. Again, just like the coupons if the order is a $0.00 cost order, the Credit Card info is not necessary and won’t be shown.
16. Scroll down to add any additional comments you’d like to submit with your order. When finished, click PLACE ORDER ONE TIME to process your order. Clicking PLACE ORDER more than once can result in double-charge on your credit card.

17. Once the order is approved, you will be given a page similar to this confirming the order was processed and the order number that is assigned to your order. Click LOGIN HERE to go to the MY ACCOUNT page so you can log back in to begin downloading your order(s).
Simply log in with the username and password you chose to access your My Account page to download right away.
18. Once you’re logged in, click on CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD YOUR DESIGNS link
19. This will take you to the selection page. Place a Check mark next to the items that you’d like to download and click DOWNLOAD NOW when ready. You must place a checkmark next to any product to signal to the site that this is the item you’d like to download or purchase.
This will activate the payload to then begin the file transfer from our server to your computer.

A confirmation email is also sent to the email address you provided when you created your EOL customer account. This email is your receipt for the order you just placed on EOL.
