What is SPREE Club?
SPREE stands for "Special Pricing Reserved for Embroidery Enthusiasts" and it means exactly that! SPREE Club members can purchase OESD or Great Notions stock design packs at our lowest price, $49 all the time. Included with your SPREE Club membership is a coupon for an additional OESD or Great Notions stock design FREE for each design pack you purchase.

How does SPREE Club work?
Each month, between the first and last calendar day, SPREE Club members select any OESD or Great Notions stock design pack of their choice, choose the embroidery format for their machine and promptly download their new designs via the my account page..

How can I become a member?
To join the SPREE Club, click HERE. Follow the on-screen directions for enrolling.

Is there a membership fee?
No, SPREE Club is free!

What are the membership requirements?
To join, you are required to purchase at least one (1) OESD or Great Notions stock design pack each month for a minimum of three (3) consecutive months. After the required 3 months you can continue your membership by purchasing at least one pack a month or you may cancel at anytime. Select from OESD's and Great Notions entire design pack collection.

Can I join at any time?
Yes, your membership is created immediately upon joining. All memberships extend from the first day of the month to the last day of the month (i.e. March 1 - March 31) , midnight Central Time. Membership is activated the month of your first SPREE Club $49 design pack purchase. Once the first order has been placed, minimum membership runs though the next two months.

Can I order more than one design pack per month?
Yes, all design packs will be priced at the special SPREE Club design pack pricing of $49 per pack. Please note that additional design pack purchases within the same month do not apply toward the three (3) month consecutive membership minimum.

How do I receive my FREE design coupons?
Individual design coupons are automatically added to your account immediately after your pack purchase. To view your coupons go to the my account page and click on coupons.

How do I use my FREE individual design coupon?
You can simply select your individual design and place the order, submit your billing/shipping information and then you will see a coupon drop down box where your coupons are stored automatically. Select the coupon you would like to use, verify the total cost and click Place order. No coupon # is needed. All club coupons are automatically added to your account. NOTE: All coupons will have expire at the end of the next month. For example: If you purchase a Pack on March 2nd your coupon will expire on April 30th. Likewise if you purchase on March 31st your coupon will expire on April 30th.. The earlier you purchase during the month the more time you will have to use your coupon. Also, only one coupon can be applied per online order.

Will I receive a reminder to order the design pack each month?
Yes, all club members will automatically receive an email on or about the 15th of the month that will remind members to make their monthly SPREE Club design pack purchase, if they have not already done so. A second email will be sent out about 5-8 days before the end of the month to those members who have yet to purchase their pack, reminding them to do so.

What if I forget to select a pack during a month I am a member?
If a design pack is not selected by midnight Central Standard Time of the last day of the month, the "SPREE Club Pack of the Month" will be automatically sent to you and billed to your account. Sorry, there can be no exchanges once this pack has been sent. Members who do not order a design pack lose the design coupon for that purchase.

Can I call/email and have my SPREE Club design packs emailed to me?
No. All SPREE Club members must place their order online and download their purchased design packs from the order confirmation email that is sent to them after the order is processed. This email usually arrives within 30 minutes of placing your order.

How does one cancel a SPREE Club membership?
SPREE Club accounts can be closed anytime after the first full three months of membership. Email clubsupport@embroideryonline.com to cancel your club account. Please allow 3 business days (not including holidays) for an email to be sent notifying you that your SPREE Club account has been officially closed.

Can I re-enroll later if I have cancelled my membership?
Yes, anyone can start a new membership in the SPREE Club at any time. Rejoining members will be required to begin the three month minimum membership again by filling out the online SPREE Club application. Using your original User ID and Password will ensure you receive access to all your prior purchases, as well as current ones.

How many new design packs are released by OESD each month?
Oklahoma Embroidery produces at least four (4) new design packs each month.

Do I need a computer?
Yes, SPREE Club is an online Internet club only.

What if I forget my password
Use our 24 hour online "Login Recovery " on the my account page to request that your User ID and Password be sent to you. When your receive it, be sure to copy and paste the information into the login box for best results. The page is located at http://www.embroideryonline.com/MyAccount/login.aspx.

Does it matter which embroidery machine I own?
The SPREE Club can be used with most embroidery machines. You do need to have means to transfer the design file from your computer to your embroidery machine or card. Please contact your sewing machine store for additional embroidery software for your machine or click HERE to learn about or purchase the Magic Box.

Do I have to live in the United States to join the SPREE Club?
Since this is an online Internet club, all international users are welcome to join SPREE club.
