I placed an order for a product that will ship to me. When will I receive it?

We ship all products within 24 to 48 business hours. Should there be a reason that keeps us from shipping your product within that time period, we’ll send an email to let you know.

How will my order be shipped?

We use the US Postal Service and FedEx. We will select the best method based on your purchases.

Will I receive a tracking number?

If we select FedEx to deliver your package, you will receive a tracking number via email. If we select USPS, please understand that USPS does not always make tracking information available. If tracking is available, we will make sure you receive it.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are based on the amount of physical products to be shipped, not the total order. If your order has a combination of physical products and downloadable products, the shipping charges are based on the total cost of the shippable products.

My order was never delivered. What now?

It doesn’t happen often, but every now and then a shipment is lost or damaged. Should this occur, please let us know by sending an email to support@oesd.com We’ll contact the shipping carrier and resolve the issue immediately.

 

International Shipping

We welcome international orders for downloadable products. If you are ordering from outside the United States, any of our thousands of downloadable designs is available to you. Simply make your purchase, and an email with download instructions will be sent to you. Unfortunately, we do not ship physical products outside of the United States at this time.

 

Downloadable Product Delivery:

When I place an order for a product download, how soon can I get it?

You’ll receive an email with download instructions just a few minutes after you place your order.

What if I never received the email with download instructions?

Check your SPAM folder to see if your email application put it there. If you still can’t find it, send an email to support@oesd.com. We’ll be glad to send it again.

I need to download my product again. Can I do that?

Absolutely. Your product will always be available for download on from this website.You’ll find it in “My Designs” in your account administration area.

I can’t open the file I downloaded. What should I do?

Send an email to support@oesd.com and we’ll be happy to help.
